I created this journal during one of the hardest seasons of my life.

I had just become a mother. I was rebuilding my marriage from shattered truths.
And yet — something in me whispered: write anyway.
So I did. Not as a coach. Not for Instagram.
But as a woman who desperately needed to come home to herself.
